Tanks supported by Infantry? Mortar and Assault Section their Infantry and let your Churchill brawl their tanks while your Firefly and TD snipe them. Now you might be saying other than the TD and Assault sections what is special about it? The special thing is that those two units don't ever become obsolete add on the 81mm mortar and youve got a pretty good toolkit to beat back anything the axis can throw at you. Once you are comfortable and able to smack armor pushes you can either get a Churchill or a firefly but I recommend both in that order unless you're opponent is bringing heavy tanks then firefly before Churchill. You have decent mid game control with an AEC (they can hold on into late game as long as they aren't your only armor)Īs long as you are pushing and controlling a good chunk of fuel your tank destroyer can beat P4s with proper micro and it is possible to beat Panthers with an AEC and a TD but I dont recommend it. Lend Lease dominates in early game once you get out an assault section. Its all about the build order and point control.
